Many thanks to Alexandre for switching out my sump pump in addition to resolving some other outstanding plumbing issues that I was dragging my feet on. This young man was not only totally efficient but easy to deal with. He had a positive attitude and was happy to address all my concerns. My neighbour had initially recommended Roland Bourbonnais Plomberie and after my experience I am now more than happy to do the same.

Nous avons eu un problème avec notre tuyau d'évent et le service a été impeccable de A à Z soit du premier contact avec André jusqu'aux travaux effectués par David et son assistant. Ils ont fait attention lors des travaux et tout est resté impeccable et leur objectif était de diminuer le plus possible les impacts sur la maison en limitant le nombre d'ouverture à faire dans nos murs. Nous avons demandé une inspection d'une salle de bain suite aux inondations du début août. Le technicien est arrivé tôt et a effectué une inspection complète avec des caméras pour déterminer l'état des installations. Le travail a été fait de façon très professionnelle, avec explications complètes et un rapport écrit avec photos. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette compagnie très fiable. De plus, nous avons appris après cette visite que Roland Bourbonnais Plomberie a aussi fait une installation de plomberie chez notre fille à St-Stanislas-de-Kostka et qu'elle a été extrêmement satisfaite des services rendus.

J’ai appelé Roland Bourbonnais Plomberie car l’eau de mon bain n’était pas suffisament chaude. Leur adjointe a pris le temps de m’aider et m’a même offert de me transférer afin que je discute avec un plombier. Ce dernier m’a expliqué la problématique et comment y remédier par simple courtoisie sans avoir à faire un appel de service. Je vous remercie grandement et je n’hésiterai pas à faire appel à vos services lorsque j’aurai une plus grand problématique!

Je les ai demandé pour un changement de chauffe-eau. Ils m'ont installé le meilleur chauffe-eau qui existe sur le marché. Service professionnel et à l'écoute du client. Satisfaite-Entreprise sérieuse. Deux bémols: la facturation et le prix. J'ai payé d'une façon électronique. Et, ils font la facture après. Ça aurait été simple de la préparer avant d'aller chez le client. Et, deuxièmement, ce n'est pas bon marché.

Excellent service. Nous avons appelé ce matin à 8h00 pour un évier bouché. A 10h Michel se présentait à notre porte. Travail professionnel et bien fait, en plus il a été de bon conseil si le problème revient, nous aurons à modifier la pente du tuyau de drain au sous-sol. Bien gentil et sympathique en plus.

On a fait installé quatres nouvelles cartouches de robinet dans la salle de bain. Les robinets n'avaient pas été touchés depuis trente ans... alors un peu coincés. Ce n'était pas urgent, mais Samuel s'est présenté chez nous quelques jours plus tard, exactement à l'heure prévue. Il a fait le travail en une demi-heure, en ménageant les éviers, avec courtoisie et propreté. Un gros merci de Roseline.

I was given a list of four reputable plumbers in the area to repair a faulty faucet . As it was a time sensitive issue Bourbonnais Plomberie were the first to reply and I am very happy with the quality of service received. The plumber was scheduled to arrive on Monday at 3 pm and I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call shortly after lunch asking if it was convenient if he came earlier. He was polite and professional and happy to say that all repairs were completed before the original scheduled arrival. I will not hesitate to recommend To friends and family. Mario Carriere

Excellent service. David, le technicien qui est passé faire les travaux chez nous était super sympathique, très professionnel et efficace. Hautement recommandé ! J'ai déjà eu à utiliser les service de Plomberie Roland Bourbonnais antérieurement au niveau commercial plusieurs fois avec autres techniciens de leur équipe pour des lignes d'air, mais cette fois-ci maintenant pour utilisation résidentielle personnelle. Un parfait service et excellent travail à chaque fois!
