Founded with a single truck by Roland Bourbonnais, the company has grown over the decades to become a major player in plumbing in Quebec, now employing more than 28 qualified staff and operating 18 service trucks on the road.

Plumbing expertise passed down through three generations
The company’s history is, above all, a family story. In 1994, Stéphane Bélisle took over the leadership and structured the company, enabling significant growth in its operations.
Since 2019, the next generation has been led by Gabrielle Bélisle and Patrick Girard, a plumbing specialist with over 30 years of experience.
Gabrielle Bélisle is among the few female plumbers in Quebec to hold a specialized plumbing contractor license, a mark of expertise and commitment in the field.
Today, the company continues to evolve by integrating new technologies and optimizing its work methods, while maintaining the values that built its reputation.

Granddaughter of founder Roland Bourbonnais, Gabrielle has been immersed in the company’s environment from a very young age. Today, as co-owner of Roland Bourbonnais Ltd., she leads the administration department while actively contributing to all areas of the business. Visionary, organized, and deeply committed to customer satisfaction, Gabrielle ensures the company maintains high standards of quality and professionalism. Pierre-Olivier Bercier
Project Manager – Renovation and Service
